Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions
1. Conclusion of Contract
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to enter into a contract with us. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your offer by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the ordered goods. The ordering process in our online shop consists of four steps:
-
Selection of goods.
-
Entry of customer data (billing and delivery address).
-
Selection of payment method.
-
Review of all information and submission of the order by clicking the “Buy” button (or a similarly clearly labeled button). You may correct entry errors before submitting the order.
2. Storage of the Contract Text
We store the contract text of your order. You can print this out before submitting your order. In addition, we will send an order confirmation as well as a formal acceptance of the order including all order details and these GTC to the email address you provided.
3. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received. We are entitled to make a corresponding entry in the registry of retention of title if necessary.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory Value Added Tax (VAT). In addition, shipping costs apply per order, which are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
5. Delivery Terms
Unless otherwise stated, we will ship the goods within 2–5 business days after receipt of payment (or after order confirmation in the case of purchase on account).
6. Payment Terms
Payment can be made by advance payment (bank transfer), direct debit, or cash on delivery. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods. In the case of advance payment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation.
7. Warranty
The provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) apply. The warranty period is 2 years from delivery. For used goods, the warranty may be excluded for non-consumers; for consumers, the warranty period for used goods is 1 year.
8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
-
We collect and process data only for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and corresponding with you.
-
Data is only passed on to third parties (logistics partners, financial institutions) if this is strictly necessary for delivery or payment.
-
Your data will only be stored as long as required by the purpose or as prescribed by statutory retention obligations (usually 10 years).
-
You have the right to receive information about your stored data free of charge at any time, as well as the right to correction or deletion.
9. Voluntary Right of Return
We grant you a voluntary right of return of 14 days. The period begins on the day the goods are received. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or the return request in time to:
Ecovoss GmbH
Grosshofstrasse 9
6010 Kriens
The costs of the return shipment shall be borne by you as the buyer, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is Kriens (LU).
